Most orders arrive within 6 to 14 days worldwide. Each piece is hand-finished to order, so production takes 2 to 4 days before your piece ships. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it leaves our workshop.

Our pieces are crafted by trusted artisan partners overseas and shipped directly to your door. We work with small workshops we have personally vetted for craftsmanship and care.
Do you ship worldwide?

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Larger pieces cost a little more to ship safely. We keep shipping fair and use protective packaging on every order.
Can I get tracking on my order?

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
We stand behind every piece we ship. If your order is delayed beyond the 14-day window, message us right away and we will track it down. If a piece is lost in transit, we will make it right.
Is the metal real silver or gold?
Our necklaces are made with 925 sterling silver or gold-finished alloy, depending on the piece. The exact material is listed in each product description. Both are suitable for daily wear with normal care.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Yes, with the small variations that come with hand-finished work. Wood grain, finish tone, and small carving details shift slightly between pieces. This is the mark of handmade, not a defect. The character of your piece is unique to you.
How heavy is it?
Our wooden crucifixes have real weight to them because they are solid beechwood. A 14 inch crucifix weighs about 1 to 1.5 pounds. A 20 inch piece weighs closer to 2.5 to 3 pounds. When you lift it, you feel that it was made to last.
How is it crafted?
Each piece begins as a solid block of beechwood, machine-cut into the base shape, then hand-finished by skilled artisans. The details, the sanding, the finish, all done by hand. From start to ready-to-ship takes 2 to 4 days per piece.
Does the wooden base come included?
Yes. Every standing crucifix includes the matching wooden base shown in the product images. The base is part of the piece, never sold separately.
Can I mount the crucifix on the wall instead of using the stand?
Yes. Most of our standing crucifixes can be removed from the base and mounted on the wall. Standard picture hooks or wall anchors work well. Wall mounting hardware is not included, but any hardware store carries what you need.
Is the necklace safe for daily wear, including showering?
Our necklaces are made for daily wear. We recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or exercising to preserve the finish over time. With normal care, your piece will stay beautiful for years.
How do I care for my piece long-term?
For wood, dust with a soft dry cloth and keep it out of direct sunlight or humid areas. For metal pieces, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Treat your piece with the same care you would give a family heirloom and it will last lifetimes.
What is your return policy?
30-day return if it does not feel right. Return your piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Original packaging is preferred. Buyer covers return shipping. We want every piece to find a home where it belongs.
